If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within the stated return period after receiving the product.
Returned products should be unused, clean, undamaged, and kept in the original packaging where possible. Custom-made, personalised, used, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Once the return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees, customs duties, and payment handling fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
